We can perform random quality check at different stages of production upon request. Inspection service can be performed according to client’s internal inspection guideline or according to worldwide acknowledged international (AQL) Acceptable Quality Levels quality control standards (Please refer below chart for reference). Most importantly, we must ensure the quality standards are well understood, acceptable and agreed by the supplier.
There are various acceptable quality levels under AQL quality control standards. A common one is AQL 2.5, 4.0 standard. 4.0 represents the number of product acceptable under minor defect and 2.5 represents the number of product acceptable under major defect. From the above chart, for an order with quantity between 10,001-35,000 pieces, 315 pieces would be randomly inspected of which if over 14 pieces fail to conform to the major defects and over 21 pieces fail to conform to minor defects, the complete production would normally be rejected. Terms and conditions of rejected and acceptable minor and major defects can be specified by our clients and we will provide consultation on its justification and sufficiency of the quality standards.
We will liaise and negotiate with the supplier on the quality standards of a product to an agreed terms and conditions based on the outline approved by the client. Final inspection guidelines on product quality will be verified by the client prior to execution of order.
Details of product quality standards will be specified on the purchase order. Our project manager will follow-up with the supplier again on all key product quality issues to minimize any discrepancies on agreed product quality in actual production.
Our project manager will train and communicate with our in-house inspector on all matters that are important to the quality control of a product.
Precautionary actions and foreseeable quality problems will be studied and discussed with the supplier and our in-house inspector in preparation of on-site inspection.
Our in-house inspector will also provide solution and personal guidance to the factory when problems arise at the time of inspection so that unforeseen problems could be found and resolved quickly before delivery.
Our project manager will review with the supplier after delivery on areas of management and quality improvement in view of enhancing future production efficiency and product quality.
